Four Billing Modes
Model A meter: Mode A--Power quantity billing prepaid mode
Mono-tariff billing adopted; deduct balanced power by 0.01kWh
Model B meter: Mode B--Balance billing prepaid TOU mode
Adopts 4 tariffs and 12 day intervals; four time sections (programmable weekends), 50 days of festival, 8 TOU time schedules; 4 tariff TOU schedules; based on the differet price of each tariff, calculated balance by 0.01kWh (or calculated by currency unit 0.0001),deducts balanced amount gradually.
Model C meter: Mode C--Power quantity billing prepaid TOU mode
Adopts 4 tariffs and 12 day intervals; four time sections (programmable weekends), 50 days of festival, 8 TOU time schedules;deduct balanced power by 0.01kWh.Based on the the actual use in different tariff and the pre-set price of different tariffs when user purchased electricity, the Prepayment Power Vendering system calculates and manages the power consumption amount of different tariffs that collected with user's card. After having handled the quantity of different tariffs based on the principle "Refund the overpayment and supplement deficiency", the system will convert the balanced payment amount into power quantity, and write into the user's card to load back to the meter.
Model D meter: Mode D--Stepped Tariff Balance billing prepaid mode
This mode adopts 4 time sections, 4 TOU stepped tariffs; deducts balance based on the stepped price of 0.01kWh.
Power using with stepped tariff: In each settlement month, the meter will calculate the payment amount with different price based on the actual quantity of power use in different stepped tariff. Thus to contrain or encourage the use of power.
